The story behind our mascott

When Husky Logic was founded, the name was chosen in homage to the owner’s deep appreciation for Siberian Huskies and the traits they embody. Dr. Claus, a proud owner of Siberian huskies at the time, modeled the company’s first mascot after his own dog. This mascot, affectionately named “Hacker,” represents the qualities that align closely with the values and principles of our work in information technology.

From Idea to Reality

From a young age, I was drawn to technology. People often told me I had a knack for computers, but I didn’t fully appreciate it then. I still remember taking apart my uncle’s brand-new computer out of sheer curiosity to see how it worked. While I certainly got into trouble for it, my uncle was impressed when I put it back together, fully functional. He was the first to tell me I had a future in technology, but my dream back then was to become a professional photographer.

Years later, my mother moved to a retirement community in Florida, where she was one of the first residents to own a computer. As the go-to person for tech support in her community, she often called me for help when she couldn’t solve a problem. Over time, she gave my number to her friends, who also started reaching out for assistance.
After my mother’s passing, I felt a profound sense of loss, not just from losing her but from missing the daily interactions and opportunities to help others through her.

That’s when I realized a need for trustworthy, approachable, and reliable tech support—especially for individuals and seniors who often struggle to find reputable help without feeling taken advantage of.

It was this realization that inspired me to start Husky Logic. Initially focused on providing residential tech support, particularly for senior citizens, the company was built on helping others with integrity, care, and a personal touch. Over time, Husky Logic has grown, but its mission remains rooted in providing exceptional support with honesty and respect for every client.
